In our 15 partner care homes, each #caregiver looks after 10–15 #ChildrenWithDisabilities every single day. It is loving, back‑breaking, invisible work. They lift, feed, bathe, comfort, teach, and protect. Often without anyone asking, “How are you doing?”

At PACT India, we dream of a day when each caregiver can focus on just 4–5 children, giving them the quality time, skilled support and tenderness they deserve. We do that through our master trainers. We are slowly marching towards that future. Until then, we want them to know they are seen.

Every festive season, we gift these unsung heroes something small but meaningful – a reminder that their care matters.

This year, will you be their #Santa by donating Rs.1250 for one caregiver? There is a generous donor who would match the rest of Rs.1250 for each donation which can also support their master trainers. Your gift will be handed over to the caregiver by a child who wants to see their “super mom” smile.
