PACT INDIA

Prakhyata Abhinand Charitable Trust (PACT INDIA) is an NGO, that serves the needs of children who are orphaned, abandoned, and surrendered (OAS) with special needs residing in Child Care Institutions (CCI) and Specialised Adoption Agencies (SAA) /Orphanages. CCI's are the last possible resort for the safety and shelter of an abandoned child and least desirable for the long term. This is especially true in the case of special needs children because of their higher sensitivity and specific needs.
PACT is trying to address the needs of such most vulnerable and double jeopardized children with special needs by partnering with CCI's accepting such children by facilitating an inclusive ecosystem.
Every child has the right to a loving and caring family, to be nurtured into a capable individual.
The unique capabilities of CwSN often go unnoticed in CCI and are not further developed. As a result, the children lose the opportunity to get adopted. PACT is thriving to serve the forgotten children of this society to enhance their chances of living independently through our unique interventional approaches.
